FuturAnima 2007: From Illustration to Animation

This module is an invitation to discover how “unanimated” comic strips or illustration books are adapted to animated images for films or series.
Authors from different disciplines give their testimony with regard to their experiences, revealing the role of the author and the director in this complicated process. Beyond the technical aspects of adaptation, we will also witness the meeting between the worlds of book publishing and audiovisual arts.
